Do any of you have the world maps? What do you think? DD is big time into the history part of her dolls. Are they worth the ebay price? I can't find a good pic of them so I can see exactly what they look like.

I really like that the maps came with the Teacher's Guide for each doll. I searched and searched for the Teacher's Guides until I found some that were decently priced on ebay. I had to be very patient. The maps came in the back of each guide. We really love them.

I have the individual world maps and the teacher's guides that have the maps in the back. They are great and if your daughter is really interested in the history, she will love them. They are basically the same maps that come on the back of the Scenes and Settings. If you look on the American Girl website, you can find explanations of the maps on the Scenes and Settings as far as what is where. I am not sure how much the maps are going for now. I bought mine at the bookstore for $5 each, but we never really use them since we have the maps in the teacher's guides and on the Scenes & Settings. If the maps are expensive now and you want to save money, I would go with the teacher guides. Just make sure they still have the maps with them.
